Lasting powers of attorney.
Lasting powers of attorney.
Many of our clients are concerned that they may lose the ability to deal with their own affairs. This can be as a result of either mental or physical incapacity. Lasting Powers of Attorney are designed to enable people to authorise trusted third parties.
These are usually family members or friends who can deal with their affairs for them. We provide a comprehensive service enabling clients to select trusted friends or family members to deal with affairs on their behalf. We guide them through the intricate procedures which need to be followed to make a successful Power of Attorney.
Probate.
Probate.
When someone has passed away, often the last thing that people want to do is worry about how their estate is to be administered. We can help with this. We can organise the issue of a Grant of Probate (or Grant of Letters of Administration if there is no Will). This is usually for a fixed fee. In addition, we can deal with the administration of the whole estate. Making sure that all the assets are cashed in, any creditors dealt with and all of the Beneficiaries properly paid. Please get in touch so that we can discuss this with you in more detail.
